The day started with a welcome word from Rafael Cuesta from TfGM. After, Marco Gorini (Softeco) and Vivian Kiousi (Intrasoft) presented the IMOVE and MaaS4EU projects and discussing the fragmentation of today’s mobility services and MaaS business models and products. The keynote speech came from Martin Röhrleef (USTRA), in which he focused on the question on how to reduce the amount of private cars.
The keynote speech was followed by a panel discussion moderated by Caroline Cerfontaine (UITP) on the impacts of MaaS, which included the following panelists: Steven Sarasini (RISE), Hans Arby (UbiGo), Maria Kamargianni (UCL), Tom Geerts (De Lijn), Máté Lénárt (BKK), and Rafael Cuesta.
The afternoon session was led by TfGM, who spoke about Regulation and Maas. While Michelle Brown spoke about the impacts and implications of GDPR for MaaS, Emily Cowling discussed the regulatory and legal barriers to MaaS.
IMOVE and MaaS4EU would like to thank all attendees for their presence and input!
